Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announces the availability of funds to support agencies and organizations that coordinate and manage MMRCs to identify and characterize pregnancy-related deaths for preventability, abstract clinical/non-clinical data into a standard data system, conduct informant interviews to inform individual case review, and enter information into a standard data system within 2 years of death. In addition, funds may be available to build operationalization capacity of MMRC recommendations that reach specific populations with documented maternal health disparities.
