The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for InternationalDevelopment (USAID) through the Mission in Pakistan, posts this draft “Program Description” to inform interested organizations of an upcoming activity, “Building Healthy Families Activity (BHFA).”The expected activity is a five-year cooperative agreement, aims to expand access to and utilization of essential health care in Pakistan, including quality family planning (FP) and maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) services.This notice is not a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) and in no way commits USAID to issue a NOFO or to make an award.
