Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide answer to questions and modify the NOFO to: On page 41, Annex II: Concept Paper Template, include the notional budget template table under bullet 7. On page 14, under 5.4 delete “https://www.usaid.gov/ads/policy/300/303mbb” and replace with “https://www.usaid.gov/sites/default/files/documents/303.pdf under ADS 303.3.24, Types of Assistance Instruments, Renewal Awards. All other terms and conditions of the USAID Enhanced HIV Services for Epidemic Control NOFO remain unchanged.
