Description

The United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Mission in Ethiopia (USAID/Ethiopia) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the Public Health Emergency Management (PHEM) Activity, subject to the availability of funds. The Public Health Emergency Management (PHEM) activity aims to reduce morbidity and mortality of Ethiopian citizens related to public health emergencies while ensuring continuity of essential health services by strengthening the full cycle of public health emergency management: preparedness, response and recovery.
