Description
This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to inform the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO), in partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), on the development of a new platform to manage the enrollment, use, and monitoring of community solar subscriptions for LIHEAP customers.
