This publication constitutes a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) as contemplated in the Department of Defense Grants and Agreements regulations (DoDGARS) 22.315(a). A formal Request for Proposals (RFP), solicitation, and/or additional information regarding this announcement will not be issued.On behalf of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers, Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division is soliciting research of interest in support of the Naval Engineering Education Consortium (NEEC).
