Description

The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces a Request for Statements of Interest (RSOI) from organizations interested in submitting Statements of Interest (SOI) for programs that protect and promote human rights in China. SOIs that propose to work primarily with diaspora or overseas groups must justify how proposed activities benefit citizens in China.
