Scaling Up Evidence-Based Services to Promote Competitive Integrated Employment Among People with Disabilities
ArchivedAdministration for Community Living
Description
The purpose of the DRRPs is to achieve the goals of, and improve the effectiveness of, services authorized under the Rehabilitation Act, by generating new knowledge, or developing methods, procedures, and rehabilitation technologies that advance a wide range of health and function, community living, and employment outcomes among people with disabilities, especially people with disabilities who have the greatest support needs. Under this particular DRRP priority, the grantee must conduct research to further build the evidence base for an employment service or intervention that promotes competitive integrated employment among people with disabilities. The DRRP must focus its research on an existing service or intervention that has previous evidence of efficacy. The DRRP must further strengthen that evidence base or bring the intervention to scale in real-world settings. NIDILRR plans to make one grant under this opportunity in FY 2023. This grant will have a 60-month project period, with five 12-month budget periods.
