The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is seeking for organizations to provide comprehensive mentoring to canine programs in 6-12 Mexican federal and subnational law enforcement agencies, to improve sustainability and viability of canine programs, and ultimately to provide an important public benefit in removing dangerous substances from the streets of Mexico.
