Description
The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to advance synthetic nucleic acid platforms for the rapid development and iterative testing of active and passive immunization strategies for HIV prevention, treatment, and cure. This funding opportunity will use a milestone-driven, biphasic award mechanism. Transition to the second phase will depend on the successful completion of milestones.
