The National Land Imaging (NLI) Program of the United States Geological Survey (USGS), Core Science Systems (CSS) Mission Area, is soliciting applications to develop and/or maintain a U.S. nationwide consortium to expand the science of remote sensing through education, outreach and research/applications development.
