The Global Engagement Center (GEC) at the Department of State, announces the Notice of Funding Opportunity (“NOFO”) for the European and Eurasian Region (EUR) Taiwan Journalist Exchange, an open competition for organizations to submit applications to foster a greater appreciation of Taiwan’s democracy and economy and lead to clearer and more accurate messaging and reporting on Taiwan and cross-Strait issues in the European media.
