Description
Pursuant to the Disaster Relief Appropriations Act, 2013 (Public Law No. 113-2), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $10,463,791 to modernize Sub 42 to increase its capacity, reliability, and resiliency to minimize downtime to railroad operations through its Hackensack Substation 42 (Sub 42) Resiliency Improvements Project (“Project”).
