OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. With this solicitation, OVC seeks to provide funding to NCMEC to assist left-behind parents who lack adequate resources to travel abroad to participate in Hague Convention hearings and/or accompany their children back to the United States. Statutory Authority: 34 U.S.C. § 11293(b); 34 U.S.C. § 20103(c)(1)(B).
