A formal Request for Proposals (RFP), solicitation, and/or additional information regarding this announcement will not be issued.On behalf of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers, Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division is soliciting research of interest in support of the Naval Engineering Education Consortium (NEEC).
