Description

The purpose of Modification 000002 is to: The Budget Justification file document is now included as an Attachment to the FOA and the following language was removed from Page 27 of the FOA: "References must be included as footnotes or endnotes in a font size of 10 or larger. Footnotes and endnotes are counted toward the maximum page requirement." The University Turbine Systems Research (UTSR) Program encompasses a portfolio of gas turbine-focused university projects which address a wide variety of technical topics (including combustion, aerodynamics/heat transfer, and advanced materials topics) by conducting cutting edge R&D.
