The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to support the continuation of NIDA's HIV Cohorts Program, encouraging existing and new sites to address new emerging and/or high priority research on multidisciplinary aspects of HIV/AIDS and substance abuse in alignment with NIH-HIV research priorities in order to inform policy or practice.
