The United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID’s) Syria Program is exploring the landscape of local actors with experience in providing strategic fundraising and local capacity strengthening support services in northwest Syria. This information will inform potential forthcoming activities with local organizations as part of USAID Syria’s Local Works program. This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice (SSN) seeks information on the availability, interest, and diverse capacities of entities to support prospective strategic fundraising and local capacity strengthening efforts for local organizations in northwest Syria. This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is not a funding opportunity but serves for planning purposes. Interested parties should submit responses by November 25, 2023, to syriasolicitations@usaid.gov.
