Description

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to provide a comprehensive mentoring program to enhance the business operations, effectiveness, and sustainability of canine units for 6-12 Mexican federal and subnational law enforcement agencies, to ultimately serve the public by removing dangerous substances from the streets of Mexico and ensuring effective public safety. Specific agencies to be included will be determined in collaboration with INL.
