The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for invited organizations to submit an application to carry out a project to expand access to substance abuse treatment and prevention for rural and indigenous communities in Peru, using the evidence-based Universal Treatment Curriculum (UTC) specialized series for rural intervention from the International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP).
