Description

The purpose of this Program Announcement is to invite proposals for funding from eligible non-profit organizations, state, local and tribal government agencies, and institutions of higher learning to further build their capacity to market and deliver their existing entrepreneurship training program(s) to women service members and veterans as well as women military spouses who aspire to be small business owners or currently own a small business. Eligible organizations may submit no more than one (1) proposal that responds to the operational areas outlined in this Program Announcement.

Who can apply

• State governments
• County governments
• Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
• Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
• Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Private institutions of higher education
• For-profit organizations other than small businesses
