Description

SPST - The Supplemental Public Sector Training Grant - This is a train-the trainer program grant that facilitates the training of instructors who then conduct training in hazmat response for individuals with a statutory responsibility to respond to hazmat accidents and incidents. Deliverables/Expected Outcomes: Benefits Grantee State by providing better training to first responders.
