Description

The Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to expand Cote d’Ivoire’s (CDI) Centre de Renseignement Opérationnel Antiterroriste (CROAT – Counterterrorism Operational Intelligence Center) drone fleet to conduct lawful domestic and cross-border surveillance of known or suspected terrorists (KSTs) in the region.
