The Global Talent Management, Office of Talent Acquisition (GTM/TAC), of the US Department of State announces an open competition for one assistance award to conduct programmatic, financial and administrative activities for the 2025 Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship Program. This program is one of the Department of State's premiere diversity recruitment programs and is fundamental to increasing the representation of diverse groups in the U.S. Foreign Service.
