BJA FY24 Second Chance Act Community-based Reentry Incubator Initiative

Description
With this solicitation, BJA seeks to fund organizations to serve as financial intermediaries to community-based reentry programs (subawardees) and to provide support, via an incubator model, to increase capability and capacity within the subawardees’ organizations. This program furthers the DOJ’s mission to uphold the rule of law, to keep our country safe, and to protect civil rights.
