Description

The Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit proposals to provide sustained counter improvised explosive device (C-IED) and explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) trainings and mentoring to the Togolese Gendarmerie counterterrorism unit (GSIGN) on how to respond and disrupt IED attacks.
