Description

This notice announces a funding opportunity and requests grant applications for FHWA's Advanced Digital Construction Management System (ADCMS), Round 2 as provided by Section 13006(a) of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, enacted as the Infrastructure Invesment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117-58), whichestablished the ADCMS Program, which is codified at 23, U.S.C. § 503(c)(5).Established in Title 23, United States Code (CODE) 503(c)(5). The program is intended to promote, implement, deploy, demonstrate, showcase, support, and document the application of ADCMS, practices, performance, and benefits.This NOFO will result in the distribution of up to $34 million of Federal funds for combined FYs 2022 and 2023 and up to $17 million of Federal funds each for FY 2024, 2025, and 2026. The actual amount available to be awarded under this notice will be subject to the availability of funds.The ADCMS Program is one aspect of the FHWA’s multifaceted Technology and Innovation Deployment Program (TIDP) and provides funding as an incentive for State departments of transportation (State DOT). The program is intended to promote, implement, deploy, demonstrate, showcase, support, and document the application of ADCMS, practices, performance, and benefits.Amendment 1 to correct the Application Package Template - changing SF424.
