NOTE: This NOFO is a sole source set-aside for the National Academy of Sciences (NAS). No other applicants will be considered for award. The planned award under this NOFO is a follow-on to cooperative agreement 693JJ32050001 with NAS. The purpose of this planned cooperative agreement is to provide financial and technical support for the Transportation Research Board (TRB), a division within the National Academy of Sciences (NAS), to provide, “Core Program Services for a Highway Research, Development, and Technology Program.”
