The Rural Housing Service (RHS or the Agency), a Rural Development (RD) agency of the USDA, announces the availability of funding for Multifamily Housing Nonprofit Transfer Technical Assistance (MFH NP TA) Grants and Farm Labor Housing Technical Assistance (FLH TA) Grants. This funding is available for eligible technical assistance (TA) providers seeking grants to provide technical assistance services to qualified applicants. Estimated Funding amounts:10.494 – Nonprofit Transfer TA Grants - $4,900,00010.495 – Off-FLH TA Grants - $2,000,000Estimated Total Program Funding: $6,900,000Award ceiling:10.494 – Nonprofit Transfer TA Grants - $750,00010.495 – Off-FLH TA Grants - $250,000Award floor:10.494 – Nonprofit Transfer TA Grants - $100,00010.495 – Off-FLH TA Grants - $50,000
