Description

The project includes construction of a roadway underpass at Pines Road and BNSF railroad crossing, additional elements, including, Trent Avenue/Pines Road intersection multi lane roundabout, and a separated shared-use path under the tracks and through the highway roundabout, connecting to a new trail-head facility serving the adjacent Centennial Trail and Spokane River.
