Description

To assist health centers in a Hurricane Helene FEMA-declared disaster area with unforeseen Health Center Program in-scope activities and allowable costs associated with maintaining continuity of access to comprehensive primary care services, health centers may request an advance on their fiscal year (FY) 2025 Health Center Program award (H80) funding of up to 25% of their anticipated health center continuation total award amount. Health centers’ final FY 2025 health center continuation award will be reduced by the requested amount.
