Description

PAS Hong Kong and Macau invites proposals for programs that strengthen ties between the United States and Hong Kong and the United States and Macau through cultural and exchange programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation. All programs must include a U.S. element or connection with American expert/s, organization/s, or institution/s in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives and build partnerships.

• Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
