Description

Russia’s unprovoked war in Ukraine has resulted in unprecedented international sanctions regimes targeting the perpetrators and enablers of Russia’s defense industrial base. These sanctions are a critical tool to help raise the cost on the Russian military, and its enablers, to access the resources, finances, and materials that advance its wartime objectives.
