Eligibility for this NOFO is limited to organizations that were directly invited by INL to submit an application.The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces a funding opportunity for invited organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to strengthen civil society organizations in Peru to identify, analyze, expose, and fight against corruption and impunity. INL seeks to create a solid foundation for a comprehensive effort to identify and expose corrupt acts and impunity through the development of civil society organization’s in Peru to hold government institutions accountable.
