This funding opportunity seeks to support a multi-phase investigation into contemporary practices in first-line supervision. This research project will support the development of standards for supervisors and the creation of a comprehensive research agenda, providing a robust foundation of knowledge to guide research on first-line supervision. This invitation is for an application to support the project and related research activities under this project by the research team led by Ohio State University.
