Summary: Supports solutions-oriented research seeking to improve diagnosis and prognosis of Alzheimer’s disease and/or Alzheimer's disease related dementias (AD/ADRD). Distinctive Features: This funding opportunity allows for multiple principal investigators (PIs) under the Career Initiation or Transition (CIT) Partnership Option. If utilizing this option, only the initiating PI will submit a pre-application, but each PI will need to submit a full application. Be advised, all associated applications for a research project may be withdrawn if the initiating or partnering application is rejected or administratively withdrawn. Community collaboration is required. Leveraging existing resources and cohorts, particularly those that address critical health challenges, is strongly encouraged.
