Description
The purpose of the program is to strengthen the capacity of community-based organizations to improve health outcomes and reduce HIV transmission, especially for people not yet in regular HIV care. The activities fall under two categories: HIV Care Innovation and Infrastructure Development.

- Private institutions of higher education
- For-profit organizations other than small businesses
- Small businesses
