Description

The purpose of this Annual Program Statement (APS) is to solicit applications for funding from prospective new partners to support implementation of the United States Government’s President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (hereafter referred to as Emergency Plan or also referred to as PEPFAR) in Ethiopia. The United States Government, through USAID/Ethiopia, is seeking, from prospective partners, concept papers to be followed by full applications (if concept papers are selected) to implement activities in support of the HIV-infected and affected Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC). USAID Ethiopia anticipates awarding one or more Cooperative Agreements (hereafter called Agreements) for a period of no less than one year and no more than three years. The total amount of awards is expected to be about $18 million for a period of up to three years.
