Description
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is accepting proposals to fund a Sustainable Skylines Initiative project within EPA Region 3 which includes the District of Columbia and the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and/or West Virginia. The Sustainable Skylines initiative provides a framework to integrate transportation, energy, land use and air quality planning programs into projects that yield measurable air quality benefits in a relatively short period of time. These projects will seek additional positive environmental impacts and water quality, livability, and economic development benefits are expected.

- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Private institutions of higher education
