Description

DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals for the Reactive Material Structures (RMS) program. The overall goal of the RMS program is to develop and demonstrate reactive material structures that provide both structural integrity and enthalpic energy within the same material system, and the ability to rapidly release that energy to produce a high intensity blast upon demand.
