Description
This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management’s intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. The Silver State Trail, Lincoln County, Nevada, is the first congressionally designated OHV trail in the country that encompasses 270 miles of new trail. This agreement will continue the off-highway vehicle strategy project initiated with the Great Basin Institute in 2006.
