Under this Request for Applications, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) GreatLakes National Program Office (GLNPO) is requesting Great Lakes application packages, asdescribed in Section IV, for projects advancing Lakewide Management Plan (LaMP)coordination and project implementation for Lakes Michigan and Superior, for advancing LakeHuron Binational Partnership objectives, and for a Total Phosphorus and Loadings project.Applicants may submit one or more proposals for any or all of the topics below; however, eachproposal must be submitted separately. An estimated $700,000 is expected to be awarded under this announcement for an estimated 8-12 grants or cooperative agreements ranging fromapproximately $15,000 - $300,000 each
