Description
The applicant that receives HSPTAP awards under this solicitation is expected to support technical assistance services to State and local jurisdictions to assist them in effective and efficient management of their CIKR programs. * To access the full solicitation for the Homeland Security Preparedness Technical Assistance Program (HSPTAP), go to www.grants.gov, click on "Find Grant Opportunities" in the top left corner; then click on “Basic Search.” Under the Keyword, enter “HSPTAP” and click “search.” The name of the program, Homeland Security Preparedness Technical Assistance Program (HSPTAP) should come up. When it does, click on it. Then click on "application," then click on "download" in the lower right corner under "Instructions and Application." In the next screen, click on "1. Download Application Instructions."
