Purpose of Program: The purpose of the program is to develop and implement 2- or 3-year part-time master's degree programs in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or critical foreign language education for teachers in order to enhance the teachers' content knowledge and pedagogical skills; and to develop programs for professionals in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or critical foreign language that lead to a master's degree in teaching that results in teacher certification. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.381B. Applications for grants under the Teachers for a Competitive Tomorrow: Programs for Master's Degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Critical Foreign Language Education, CFDA Number 84.381B must be submitted electronically using the Government wide Grants.gov Apply site at http://www.Grants.gov.
