Description

USAID is seeking applications from qualified eligible institutions for a program titled “Global Civil Society Strengthening” through the award of one Leader with Associates Cooperative Agreement (LWA). The selected organization will be expected to provide technical assistance, research, services, and support for civil society in USAID presence and non-presence countries by implementing programs designed by USAID Missions and USAID Washington-based offices.
