Authority: Title V, Indian Health Care Improvement Act, as amended (25 U.S.C. 1652, 1654, and 1655), and Section 301(a) of the Public Health Service Act.) Purpose: The Office of Urban Indian Health Programs (OUIHP) has designated funds for an urban Indian organization to act as an education and research partner for the Urban Indian health programs funded.
