Purpose of Program: To provide grants that demonstrate partnerships between Russian and American institutions of higher education (IHEs)that contribute to the development and promotion of educational opportunities between the two nations, particularly in the areas of mutual foreign language learning and advancement of education in science, technology, and the humanities. Russian institutions will apply to The Russian Ministry of Education and Science for funding under a separate but parallel competition. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.116S. Applications for grants under this program must be submitted electronically using the Grants.gov Apply site (Grants.gov) To submit your application via Grants.gov, you must complete all steps in the Grants.gov registration process (see http://www.grants.gov/applicants/get_registered.jsp You may access the electronic grant application for the U.S.-Russia Program: Improving Research and Educational Activities in Higher Education at http://www.Grants.gov.
