This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management’s intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. The Elko District Office Emergency Stabilization and Rehabilitation Program is an ongoing project which includes the conducting of scientific analyses and mechanical treatments, and related work included, but not limited to, monitoring, seeding, mulching, fencing, planting, erosion control that may be necessary to stabilize and/or restore native rangeland and woodland following wildland fires.
