The purpose of the initiative is to support organizations funded under Parts C & D of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment and Modernization Act of 2006 that will promote the development of standard electronic client information data systems to improve the ability of grantees to report client level data to the Department of Health and Human Services(DHHS).
