Pathophysiology of Bisphosphonates-associated Osteonecrosis of the Jaw (R01)

Description

The National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR), the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS), and the National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health (NIH), invite Research Project Grant (R01) applications for research projects focusing on basic and translational studies of osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ), an oral complication associated with bisphosphonate use. Projects should aim to identify and characterize the pathophysiological mechanisms that lead to impaired bone healing and the development of ONJ.
